On May 1st 2010, a reunion event held at Sek Men Tg Panglima Perang Tg. Muhammad, Kuantan. Here are the doorgift souvenirs ordered & contributed. Pack of chocolotes with mix flavors and decorated cookies. It was my 1st attemp in making the decorating cookies..was fun anyway. :)

Azra came all the way from Dungun, Terengganu and she was my schoolmate in SMTTPPTM and we used to live in similiar neighbourhood in Bandar Indera Mahkota, Kuantan. For us, this is considered our reunion after 17 yrs...such a long time. On January 16, 2010 the 50th wed anniversary took place in Menara Yayasan Tun Razak KL for our parents.It was a surprise function :) being planed for the past 1 month. The theme is gold & green. This 5 tier cake for the cake cutting event is specially made for them and ~1500 pc chocolates of flavor, milk, dark, mix fruit & wafer were made for the guests. All the chocolate containers are self decorated including the base of the 5 tier cake. You are most welcome to contact for me for the pricing or any enquiries.

Enjoy the close up on the cake & chocolate preparation prior the event.

The base was decorated with gold flowers and green leaves to enhanced the theme. This 5 tier cake started with 15 pcs fondant cupcakes..decorated with light yellow daisy flowers.

The 2nd layer is a 10 inch butter cake decorated with white, light orange & yellow daisies. Several butterflies surround the cake providing the finishing touch.

The 3rd layer tier is made of 9 cupcakes.

The 4th layer is a 6 inch cake

The last layer is a mini cake..with the number "50" to indicate the 50th anniversary. This is the most delicate part of the cake :). Again several butterflies for the end touch.

The dining table messed up by the cake containers. :)

These chocolates have special ingredients inside it ..once you eat you'll want it more. I call this choc "Mix fruit choc cookies". Wachoc Cookies

These are another type of chocolate cookies called "Wachoc" cover with white choc. The top are being decorated with Royal icing flowers that make these "cookies" look sweet. Price is rm1.50 each with decorated flower and if without decoration price is rm1.00 each. Decoration of "Flower A" type, the price is rm1.50 each while "Flower B" type, the price is rm1.30 each. Available classes are as following. I'm quite flexible to have the class on weekdays. Class will start at 9.30am and end at 2pm. Please expect ONE type of class in a day as we might require some extra time..for extra tips. :) . Maximum number of students is 3 for any classess.

Fee - RM 250. Free chocolate mould and chocolates to take home. :).

2. Butter cream Cupcake

Fee - RM150. Free cupcake kits and cupcakes to take home. :)

3. Fondant Cupcake

Fee - RM 250. Free cupcakes to take home. :)

4. Magic Jelly cake

Here you will find the pricing information for the various sweets and desserts available through Sweetie Pies. The prices below covers the basic dessert with simple decor, for more elaborate and intricate designs, please don't hesitate to call me for the quote. In general most desserts require a minimum of 2 wks (small qty) & 3 wks (for large) upon delivery & 50% deposit. Of course, more intricate designs may require more time spent especially on fondant cake/mini cake/cupcake. Please call me to arrange the Pick-up & do expect some charges on delivery.

This is Pandan cake decorated with pink roses..and accompanied with some roses cupcakes. I guess that I'm addited with roses and baking...I wish I can tune down a bit..but I just couldn't help myself.. arghhh.

Choclates ready to go are packed in a lovely box. Around 150 pc of choclates to give a away to groom's family. Each box contains four chochs.

These are the chochlates made in different pattern, taste and colors. Animals pattern being chosen as that will make the chochlates looks cute and varies.

Let me know colours and shape you wish to be according to the event that you are planned.. example ...wedding theme. Not just pink..it can be any colours.

Jelly Cake for wedding "hantaran"

This jelly cake ordered for wedding "hantaran". Wedding took place in Seksyen 3, Bangi in July. Theme is pink and white. This cake made of fruit cocktail on the bottom side while the top is purely jelly coloured in pink. I am using Tulips and Anthenium flowers for the decoration. I simply placed the small love pattern just on the right side instead on every corner of the cake...I thought they look sweet and lovely.

Wallaaaa...it's double layer...the top background is in white. Can't wait the next order....especially now it is almost year end....and more wedding events coming soon... 1 some 1st serve... lalalalalala

I loveeee pink and white.. some how pink and white are my favorite colours.

These chochlates can be made a variety of colours, flavors and shapes to suit your occasion. Heart, animal, flowers, moon, star n bla..bla..bla....

The chocolates may contain nut, walnut, wafer, oreo, tamarin, ganache, praline and any variety of ingredients, the choice is YOURS. Of course, please let me know the function, or event or theme you are planning for, so that I can ensure that the chocolates fit the occasion perfectly!

Magic Jelly Cake

My first magic jelly cake in purple. The layers of tehe cake alternate between purple coloured jelly and the white jelly made from the evaporated milk. Nice for wedding "hantarans" or engagements or birthdays!

I'm using white Tulips, Sunflower and red Anthenium flowers. Red heart on the sides of the cake gives it a more intricate and cutesy look!.

Here are more example of jelly cakes in different colours. As you can see here in orange and green colour. Pick the theme colour you wish to be and I'll make sure it looks sweet and lovely. :)

Hari ini dlm sejarah ...never thought of making cupcake all the while. It's all begin from friend of mine..my cifu.. I should give her a credit and thank her for the spirit she has.. sharing her cupcakes and talking about it in emails.
One fine day...I drove early in the morning from PD to Putrajaya Height..perhhh..jauh tu to attend the class. I was rushing as the rest were already reached there. The 1st time is not easy. I got frustrated not getting the right rossette and rose.. the icing get all over me..starting from apron right up to tudung..memang dah comot..but it was fun experience..
